David felt a strong duty to serve after 9, 11. He was a son, brother, husband, father and had numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. David was always very protective of the girls in his life. He was very compassionate and was always there if you needed him. His nickname in the Army was “Nova” and we were told that he was very much respected.
